1. How does it work?
The process is very simple. Anyone can join datemymba for free; however, if anyone, who is an MBA student or MBA graduate, wants to increase his/her chances of getting dates, he/she can apply for verification by paying a nominal one-time fee. We will manually verify the MBA status and after the verification process, we will mark the profile as verified MBA student or graduate. Other users will be able to search for verified MBA students or graduates using advanced search.

2. Can anybody join datemymba?
Yes, anyone can join datemymba for free at this point. We will decide later if we need to restrict the access to only MBA students or graduates or charge on monthly basis for membership fees.

3. How does datemymba verify MBA students/Graduates?
It is not required, but if a user wants us to mark his/her profile with his/her MBA status, we ask for a photo ID, most recent MBA transcript or diploma, and a nominal one-time fee. We contact the university and verify the status of a user. Once the status is verified, we mark the profile as verified and the profile will show a user’s MBA status and other relevant information provided to us.

4. What is the cost/monthly/Annual?
Currently, datemymba is free for everyone. We charge a one-time fee for verifying MBA students or MBA graduates. Fee is used to pay a university to manually verify MBA status.

5. Is there a mobile app for datemymba?
We are working on iPhone and Android apps for datemymba.

6. How does datemymba match users?
We use the profile information to show possible matches. However, we encourage users to use the search or advanced search options to narrow down their search results.

7. Who do I contact if I have a problem or issue with my account?
Please email us at support@datemymba.com if you have any issues or questions. We will respond back within 24 hours.

8. How do I share my experience or feedback?
Please send us your feedback to support@datemymba.com. We value our users’ feedback and do our best to meet your expectations.

9. What do I do if my account is hacked?
Please contact us ASAP and we will reset your account credentials.

10. How secure is my information on your website?
We use highest level of encryption and security measures to keep our customers’ information safe. However, never share banking information or credit card information with other users using messaging or live chat.

11. How secure is the payment portal? What type of encryption you use?
We use SSL and highest level of encryption for payment processing. We allow users to use credit cards directly for payment processing.

12. Do you sell my information to any third-party vendors?
We do not sell any information shared by our users.

13. What do you do with my personal information?
We do not sell or share any of our users’ information with any third-party agencies.
